Which forms of payment do you accept?We accept valid Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards. Do you ship anywhere?We will ship anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. We will ship to residences and commercial locations. We also have 44 locations in major US cities that you are able to save the costs associated with residential shipments and pickup at their locations. When you checkout online, our system will check the availability of picking up at one of these locations based on your zip code. I need a smaller amount of product than the minimum order listed. What can I do?We ship in full carton quantities. You should expect a marginal amount of waste to occur during the installation process so you wouldn’t want to order an exact quantity. The additional product will give you in the insurance you may need in the case of an unexpected accident or change to your installed space. Do you install products?We do not do installation. We recommend you seek a professional and insured installer in your area. Should you have any general questions about installation, our experienced customer service professionals are available to assist you. Do you have a list of preferred installers?Depending on the location, we may have a list of available, independent installers. Please contact our customer service team. Do you have any additional discounts available?We price products at the most competitive prices in the market today. Additional discounts are available at different quantity tiers. If you would like us to quote a larger quantity or are looking for an additional discount, contact our customer service department so that can possibly recommend a discounted product selection. How do I obtain samples?Ordering samples is easy. Just select the product you are interested in. Click on the ORDER SAMPLES button to the right of the product and checkout of the store. The samples will arrive, along with a discount coupon in short order! Can you give me an exact arrival time for my order?We make every effort to ship your order promptly within 5 business days. If you have a specific request, we suggest you contact our customer service department to discuss your options. How much of an allowance should I make for breakage or damage and waste?Manufacturer’s allowances for breakage and damage are around 5%. In addition, you need to allow for pattern direction and complexity of your installation. So we normally recommend 5-10%. A more intricate installation would need more allowances. Our customer service professionals will be happy to make a recommendation. |
